Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Construction Superintendent position include:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with at least 3 years on healthcare projects, including AHCA compliance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a steady work history in general contracting (not subcontracting).
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific safety and infection control protocols.
• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Manage on-site construction operations, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance, with strict attention to healthcare-specific protocols.
• Supervise subcontractors, coordinate workflow, and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct daily site inspections and lead safety and project update meetings.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including RFIs, logs, and as-built drawings.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
