Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Construction Project Manager position include:

• At least 7 years of construction experience, preferably in healthcare or commercial construction.
• Proven success with healthcare-specific projects and AHCA compliance.
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam software; strong project management skills.
• Background in general contracting, not subcontracting, with a steady work history.
• Ability to relocate or work onsite, with extended stay accommodations provided if not local.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for healthcare facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHCA, and healthcare-specific safety protocols.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and superintendents, to meet goals.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders, clients, and design professionals.
• Manage risk and resolve issues to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
