Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details
Hospital or Healthcare Construction PM
Reviews construction documents including proposal specifications and drawings
Attends pre-bid meetings to fully understand scope of work to bid
Inputs take-off quantities into estimating software
Search and analyze most cost effective means and methods of construction
Obtains pricing for materials
Prepares bids by coordinating with and selecting vendors and subcontractors to determine cost effectiveness of projects to be bid
Prepares cost analysis in computer by itemizing material, labor, equipment, subcontractor and overhead costs incurred in the installation of items
Where predetermined standard(s) are not available, makes an estimate and qualifications
Follow awarded contracts as assigned; may include estimating extra work items, change orders or credits
Informs the immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in bid document
Develops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.
Advises all necessary parties of major changes to scope of work
Once project complete debriefing with estimating, engineering and production teams to discuss the outcome
Maintain back up files and working documents for all estimated figures including current, accurate information and costs from suppliers and subcontractors
Attends departmental meetings as required
Photocopies documents and plans

Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid
Working knowledge of P6
Working knowledge AGTEK software
Familiar with Heavy Construction Equipment
Demolition experience a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Collaboration Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
