Healthcare Construction Assistant Estimator - PTS Contracting

PTSC is seeking a Healthcare Construction Assistant Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities. The Assistant Estimator will analyze project plans, prepare accurate estimates, obtain and level subcontractor coverage and collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Position Responsibility

• Review project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and present estimates to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project schematic budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
• Preferred 2 Years – Construction Industry Experience
• Preferred experience in the Hudson Valley, New York or Western Connecticut Construction industry
• Technology Skills – ProCore or Autodesk
• Healthcare and or Life Science Experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
