PAY RATE: $15.00

HOURS: 8 hr-shift between 8am –5pm, Monday through Friday. Alternating Saturdays.

• Role is remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls in a call center type environment from members and providers (handling about 50-70 calls per day)
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
• Handle and resolve complaints
• Additional duties as assigned

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual- Spanish and English preferred
• Call center experience
