About the Job
Job Description: Seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a multiphone system, screening calls, and directing them appropriately. Key duties include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling patient appointments in accordance with office policies, and verifying insurance eligibility and financial status.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage multiphone system and screen calls as necessary.
+ Answer phones, take messages, and schedule patient appointments.
+ Direct calls and messages to appropriate staff or physicians.
+ Identify payor source and verify insurance eligibility and financial status.
+ Assist with second attempt calls for incoming referrals.
+ Monitor schedule for changes in templates, such as MD in surgery or PTO dates, and reschedule patients as needed.
+ Process patient appointment requests submitted through Phreesia Appointment Hub.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Experience with scheduling and managing patient appointments.
+ Familiarity with insurance verification processes.
+ Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
