Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business System Analyst.

Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 3+ months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Business System Analyst, you will be:

• Formulating and defining scope (requirements) and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
• Working with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
• Gathering and analysing information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
• Evaluating/researching business problems and their relationship to technology.
• Organizing and presenting ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
• Identifying process, technology and organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in multiple and diverse environments and applications. Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues and considerations of the subject matter.
• Ability to discuss industry and marketplace trends and directions and site relevant case studies.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects/project teams
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience is mandatory

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $40.00 - $48.00/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
