This Healthcare Account Executive will work with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in their territory in an outside sales capacity to identify and build relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and physicians through calls, meetings, presentations, etc., with the goal of uncovering the most effective approaches to grow each account, and as a result generate/ increase referrals, in order to help more families find the care they need. The ability to navigate the identification of contacts/ decision-makers within a hospital system is key.
Compensation consists of:
--$90,000 base salary/ On Target Earning of $125,000+ (Uncapped)
