Health Services Manager at Shri Ganesh Dental, PC

F/T Health Services Manager in Cedar Park, TX to perform the following job duties:

Supervise, evaluate work activities, and maintain record management systems for medical staff. Create and oversee execution of work schedules for the clinical team and coordinate the delivery and quality of services provided by each individual provider. Create reports and evaluate the execution of new implementation plans and quality initiatives for improvement purposes. Maintain awareness of the advances in dental medicine, changing technological landscapes, information handling technology, regulations, and policies, relevant to the dental practice, health, insurance changes, and financing options. Plan monthly budgets, authorize expenditures and review and assess rates for services. Periodically audit and create monthly reports of financial activity, assess and maintain daily operations within budgetary constraints. Communicate with clinical staff, administrative staff, and with community groups to enhance the dental office's public image, coordinate events, prepare marketing materials, and educate our community of the dental health programs we offer. Develop and supervise programs for the team to educate patients in assessing care within the limits of their insurance coverage. Responsible for ensuring that the office maintains compliant records and that all patient data is kept secure.

Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Management or Administration.
