What You'll Do:

As a Health Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link connecting patients, healthcare providers, and our innovative organization. Your exciting responsibilities will include:

• Patient Engagement: Connect with patients, actively listen to their concerns, and offer empathetic support. Empower them with knowledge about dry eye disease and the transformative benefits of our serum tears.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Heroes: Work closely with doctors, ophthalmologists, and optometrists to ensure seamless communication and top-notch patient care. Be the go-to person for discussing treatment plans and addressing any queries.
• Streamline Order Processing: Take charge of facilitating the ordering process for serum tears. Coordinate blood draws, schedule timely deliveries, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to our patients, tackling inquiries and resolving issues with a smile, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
