Your expertise in operational and corporate work across various provider types, including surgery centers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, and long-term care facilities, will be valued.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of transactional experience in advising healthcare providers.
• Experience with operational and corporate work for various provider types.
• Previous experience with a leading law firm or healthcare provider.
• Strong law school credentials.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
