We are seeking a Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will sell health insurance solutions, including personal, group, and Medicare policies, while building strong relationships with our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is already licensed but tired of cold calling. Youll have the opportunity to cross-sell to our existing book of Property & Casualty (P&C) clients. You can work from home or from one of our offices in Lakeland, Clearwater, or Orlando. Health insurance is fully paid after 90 days, and we offer a 3% retirement match.

Responsibilities
- Provide respectful and professional service to current clients.
- Sell personal, group, and Medicare health insurance policies.
- Cross-sell health insurance products to existing P&C clients.
- Work within the management system to create proposals and ensure accurate records.
- Contribute to making the agency a one-stop shop for all of our clients' insurance needs.
Requirements
- Health Insurance License required before starting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a professional, polite, and respectful demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, with the option to work remotely or in-office (Lakeland, Clearwater, or Orlando).
