Responsibilities
- Generate health insurance premium quotes for clients
- Assist in processing forms and follow up status with clients
- Verify insurance eligibility and answer with billing questions
- Assist in administrative support through multi-tasking of data entry, e-filing, document scanning, and other office duties as requested by the Account Manager
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Adobe: Acrobat
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Minimum 1 year of in group health insurance field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of office administrative experience is preferred
- Licensed in health insurance is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in USA for long term
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette
