Health Content Project Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA
Schedule: Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs
Pay: Up to $83/hour DOE
Length: 7 Months

Planet Interactive is looking for a Health Content Project Manager to join our well known Fortune 50 client on a 7-month contract working 40 hours per week on a hybrid schedule out of their Cupertino office. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to contribute to innovative consumer-focused features, is effective at executing detailed deliverables on time, and is capable of project management responsibilities.
Health Content Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Head of Health Content to align on project priorities.
- Set agendas for and manage weekly team meetings and cross functional meetings.
- Provide regular status updates to project teams, stakeholders and management, summarizing issues to key points and action required.
- Ensure program milestones are accomplished.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and content production teams on execution of content.
- Coordinate executive reviews for concept and development milestones,
- Own the process of executive review decks while distilling and synthesizing information, and articulating content to be readily understood by all cross functional partners.
- Communicate and manage relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research to understand what health information consumers are interested in learning about and how they consume health information.
Health Content Project Manager Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the program management or producer space.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of driving a project from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to synthesize information, simplify complex concepts, and build consensus with large cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically, see around corners, plan several steps ahead, make connections and clear roadblocks.
- Experience developing content for consumers.
- Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments.
