Location Description:The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon. The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.
Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated, and customer focused individual to join our team as a Lead Front Desk Agent at Montecito Heights Health Club & Spa! A lead is responsible for the member and guest experience within the club and spa, and ensuring those guests and members have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with them in a courteous and efficient manner. The Lead greets guests and members, and introduces the facilities and program components to members, guests, individuals and groups. The Lead will ensure that the Club area remains clean and stocked with every essential and assist guests and members with any needs or requests they may have. They will be working closely with various team members, being quick on the feet and have an engaging attitude is necessary.

Your role:
- Greeting clients as they enter the Health Club & Spa.
- Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
- Assisting clients, guests and members with proper equipment usage.
- Assisting guests and members with booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
- Reporting any accidents or injuries immediately.
- Monitors the club for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
