The Headwear Merchandiser is a highly qualified, motivated, and organized individual with experience in headwear and brand knowledge. Merchandisers play a key role in the success and growth of the company working with sales, customer service, marketing and creative art. This position holds 3+ years of merchandising or related experience. This position will focus on our college, golf, and strategic account teams and will assist the Senior Headwear Merchandiser and VP of Headwear Merchandising with additional projects as needed. This position reports to the Senior Headwear Merchandiser.

Your Role & Responsibilities as Our Headwear Merchandiser:
- Ahere to annual, quarterly, and monthly calendars to meet deliverables and overall workload for College/LSAT and Golf working closely with the entire headwear team. Understanding that deliverables and deadlines occasionally require flexibility based on competing priorities and business needs.
- Select College/LSAT and Golf Sales Rep Samples for each season launch working with Senior Merchandise, VP Headwear Merchandising, VPs of Sales, and senior management. Process includes sample order entry, tracking, and overseeing shipments to sales reps.
- Manage College headwear portion of proprietary iPad app.
- Support reps and key customers for custom/additional headwear requests across assigned channels.
- Train and guide internal and external customers on product and decoration launches and inquiries.
- Review and update all College/Golf Headwear Sales Collateral for accuracy. Provide suggestions on copy and other updates as needed.
- Work closely with L2 Brands licensing team on all headwear needs.
- Assist in preparing tradeshows and concept shops, this includes samples, planograms, etc., and occasionally travel to shows or concept shops to merchandise, train, and assist reps.
- Maintain headwear in all showrooms across the U.S. as well as sample storage areas.
- Assist in Database Management: Set up new designs and configure style attributes with a clear understanding of needs to allow designs to flow through the system properly.
- Work with Marketing and Digital Marketing on all headwear collateral needs.
- Prepare quarterly trend reports including best-selling styles, art and skus by channel for rep communication. Work with sales to identify top skus from each trade show.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses a computer, phone, etc.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position with a minimum of 45 hours a week in the office. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work will be necessary as needed.
Travel:
This position may require up to 15% of travel.
