Head of US Wealth Management Business - Hireio, Inc.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up the local marketing team and establishing the local customer development and customer service system in the US;
• Lead the U.S. marketing team to provide personalized overseas asset allocation for High Net-Worth Individuals to achieve sales results;
• Provide the company with opinions and suggestions on business development strategies in the US.

Job Location: Not limited, it can be based on existing offices in CA, LA and NY or a new location wherever the candidate chooses.

Requirements

Position requirements:

• Graduated from a prestigious U.S. institution, bachelor's degree or above, economics, finance-related majors are preferred;
• 10+ years of experience as a supervisor in private banking, retail banking or other business of the same type in the U.S;
• Familiar with U.S. financial products, strong market development ability, able to carry out the development of High-Net-Worth Individuals, negotiations and customer relationship maintenance, strong communication skills and implementation ability;
• Experience in team management and related management skills.
• Fluent communication and expression in English/Mandarin, Chinese-American/or Green Card Holder is preferred.
