- 8 years of experience in technical program management.
- 8 years of experience in technical delivery work.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience working in the Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal government in program or project manager roles.
- Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements for organizations.
- Experience in leading operational initiatives, and interacting with Business Leads, Engineers, or Product Managers.
- Excellent collaboration, executive communications, information gathering, strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to influence others without authority.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Technical Consulting engagements. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams of high-performing, talented engineers. You will be partnering with GPS Program Delivery Managers, Go-to-market team, and the Technical Delivery leads for pre-sales engagements and involved projects to ensure successful project planning and execution. You will be responsible for developing technical delivery strategy, and defining and motivating programs and processes to direct business impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Delivery Leadership team to establish and implement best practices that drive organizational success and growth.
- Provide direct support to the Director, Professional Services Organization (PSO) on critical initiatives. This includes preparing materials, briefing documents, speaker notes, and managing meetings related to the Technical Delivery organization's structure, long-term outlook and strategy to optimize GPS customer support and business growth.
- Lead the implementation of the technical delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching GPS business objectives and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Foster strong partnerships and collaboration across technical, program management, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of customer outcomes.
- Act as a key liaison between the organization and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and metrics, and provide regular updates on the progress of key change management initiatives.
