Head of Service Delivery - Piper Companies

Piper Companies is looking for a Head of Service Delivery to join a start-up company who is consistently acquiring MSP companies. This is based in the Boston area requiring someone local for occasional onsite meetings.

 Essential Duties of the Head of Service Delivery:

• Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of all managed service offerings provided by our MSP business.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for service delivery aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Service Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of service offerings, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Qualifications of the Head of Service Delivery:

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role at a large scale MSP.
• Experience running MSP service delivery.
• Experience running P&L.
• Experience with revenue retention and strategic sales.

 Compensation for the Head of Service Delivery:

• Base Salary of $300,000 - $450,000 plus bonus (based on experience)
