Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for our cloud solutions
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support and coaching
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prospect for potential new clients, using a range of techniques including cold calling and lead generation
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, driving the team towards ambitious performance targets
- Manage and grow the sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential customers
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact through to post-sale support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the Technology industry
- Proven track record in cloud sales, with a deep understanding of the cloud market and related technologies
- Strong experience in B2B sales, direct sales, and enterprise sales
- Proven ability in territory management, lead generation, and account management
- Experience in medical devices sales would be a plus
- Exceptional skills in prospecting and cold calling, with a 'hunter' mentality
- Ability to manage and grow a sales territory, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
