Position Overview:
As the Quality Assurance Business Unit Head with presales experience, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance function within our organization. You will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. In addition, you will leverage your presales experience to support business development efforts and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services.
Establish quality assurance processes, standards, and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Presales Support:
Utilize your presales experience to support business development efforts, including participating in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations, proposal development, and client meetings.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their quality assurance needs and requirements, and develop tailored solutions to address them.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling quality assurance services to existing and prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on quality assurance matters.
Proactively address client concerns and issues related to quality, working collaboratively to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for quality assurance-related inquiries, escalations, and feedback from clients.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive the growth and profitability of the quality assurance business unit.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, and adjust the quality assurance strategy accordingly.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and objectives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
