Head of Product Engineering & Design - Judge Group

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field required

·        Experience as an Engineering Manager, in product design-for-manufacture capacity

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel development simultaneously

·        Commitment to innovation and problem-solving, “roll up the sleeves” approach

·        Experience managing BOMs and products in an ERP system (Epicor preferred)

·        Familiarity with design control in an ISO 9001 environment
