POSITION TITLE:
Head of Permanent Recruitment
POSITION DUTIES:
• Lead, manage and grow the permanent recruitment division for financial and professional services, including developing and implementing recruitment and business development strategies;
• Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions;
• Build, manage and grow a high performing team of recruitment consultants, including managing their recruiting, hiring, firing, induction, training and development;
• Mentor and support consultants in their understanding of their individual and team targets, business development, client engagement, company’s policies, procedures and CRM system, and the financial services and professional services recruitment sectors;
• Serve as a link between management and employees, and help resolve work-related problems;
• Analyze data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and recommend improvements to the company’s personnel policies and practices;
• Set and manage targets for his team members, define long-term business objectives for the team, and manage budgets and resources for the team;
• Full responsibility for the Profit and Loss, including the generation of sales margin and billings against agreed targets and budgets;
• Perform sales analysis, examining ratios and patterns, and make improvements where necessary;
• Maintain, develop and manage a portfolio of strategically important accounts, developing a contact base for the permanent financial services and professional services market sectors;
• Manage international relationships with clients within the permanent financial services and professional services industries;
• Work with other business areas to create cross selling opportunities;
• Manage the rollout of the Talent Management Programme and all Group Policies;
• Utilize advanced networking skills, both digitally and by attendance of industry events, seminars, client hosted events and socials to widen candidate and client pool.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Three years of full-time work experience as a Recruitment consultant, or in occupations involving recruitment management, financial services consulting, professional services consulting or related occupations.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience to include: 1) Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems within the recruitment consultancy field, such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Crunchbase, Zoom Info and Contact Out; 2) Experience of sourcing and placing professionals within the international financial and professional services industries; 3) Experience in account management for large, international clients within the financial and professional services industries; 4) Experience of working in permanent recruitment within the international financial and professional services industries; 5) Establishing and growing recruitment teams and desks; 6) New business development and maintaining relationships with key clients.
RATE OF PAY:
$164,300 per year
