Job Details

In this role, you will drive ecosystem growth by engaging developers, partners, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, and building a vibrant community. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align initiatives with company objectives, spearhead collaborations, and represent the organization at industry events. Additionally, you will track performance metrics, analyze data, and deliver insights to refine strategies and enhance product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ecosystem development, strategy, or partner relationship management, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, with a strategic approach to driving growth.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience organizing and representing organizations at industry events.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
