About the Job

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in data strategy, adtech/martech, strategy consulting, media measurement, experimentation or incrementality.
Experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in influencing partners through the use of data, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement and ad tech solutions.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python, etc.).
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.
Expertise in proactively identifying broad problems and translating them into tactical projects and work streams.

In this role, you will act as a trusted data, measurement and analytics advisor to influence business decision making and deliver customer outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing and/or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions and/or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
Develop and own analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, apply and/or customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, develop solutions to optimize client/partner business, and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels.
Lead a team of individuals. Set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
