Position Overview
The Head of Capital Formation will lead the strategic development and execution of capital raising initiatives to support the growth of the organization. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with investors, ensuring effective communication of the organization's vision and value propositions, and driving fundraising efforts to meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capital formation strategies to attract and secure investments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Lead the fundraising efforts, including creating pitch materials and presenting to investors.
• Collaborate with senior management to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends and investor preferences to inform capital raising strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress and investor engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in capital formation, investor relations, or fundraising roles.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and investor engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with investors.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to inform decision-making.
