Current Support includes a combination of tech-enabled services and SaaS. Business Operations, include managing 1000s of online instructors, delivering proprietary assessments, analytics, and robust data reporting. Intervene K-12’s programs assist students struggling in math, reading, and English Language (EL/ ESL). Intervene K-12’s programs have served over 30,000 students and have made a significant impact on economically disadvantaged students.
Next Phase - We are now entering our next stage of scale and growth where we are bringing in investors and developing products including use of AI to enhance our capabilities and position itself to become a leader in global education.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Head of Business Operations at our company, you will be responsible for optimizing our company's operating capabilities, employing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, driving technology and product development, driving staff performance, and supporting online instruction quality and scale. The Head of Business Operations will assist in compiling the company's budget and employ strategies to achieve company scale.
You will help hire additional strong management team members and direct reports to implement business strategies. The Head of Business Operations must be capable of executing functions and standing up systems for additional team members to take on with company growth.
Great people skills, excellent business acumen, outstanding work ethic, resourcefulness, and self-drive are musts for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Product, Content, and Delivery Team
- Develop and implement process for scaling business, including personnel, technology, and administrative functions.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
- Directly oversee operations, Staffing/ HR, and accounting, andpartner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term
- Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability.
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and preferably an, MBA
- Six years of proven experience in business operations management and oversee human resources, finances, IT, preferably in the Education sector
- Possess excellent leadership skills managing staff in a fast-paced environment
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics reporting is necessary
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Must be a problem-solver, high level self-starter, strategic and a passion for education
- Startup experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
