Crane operators for our heavy civil project in Buda, TX.
NCCCO certified Crane Operators with the following certifications.
LAT / TLL / TSS
Crane Operators<80T – Starting 4+yrs $28.00
Crane Operators>100T – Starting 4+yrs $38.00
Job duties include but are not limited to:
1. Daily crane inspections / documentation of services needed.
2. Walk around / set up cranes in locations to facilitate construction of various highway bridge structures.
3. Safe operation of equipment within Fluor’s Corporate Crane Policy.
4. Maintain strict lockout practice when not in the cab or on the machine, locking machine to maintain security, combat theft and or vandalism during off shift hours.
5. Daily operation of equipment in a safe manner, complying with industry / NCCCO / Fluor Heavy Civil Standards.
Applicant attributes:
1. Must be physically able to access crane cabs through various terrains from employee parking areas at any given worksite.
2. Must be willing to participate in daily morning crew meetings / monthly mass meetings / monthly crane operator meetings, provide feedback during such meetings regarding operation, safety, productivity concerns real time.
3. Must be able and willing to stop / halt operations for any safety concerns or witnessing unsafe practices.
4. Must be willing to Communicate the correct approach, policy, practice working with and around crane equipment to crew members (Industry, NCCCO, Fluor Heavy Civil standards).
Requirements:
1. Willing to work 10 hr. / day shifts.
2. Must possess current NCCCO certification(s) listed above.
3. Willing to participate in Fluor substance abuse protocol (Corporate Preemployment / Random drug testing).
4. Willing to work, day or night shift is a Plus.
