About the Job
- Imaging new workstations and system rebuilds
- Hardware Technician will package and ship workstations for issuance to users
- Manage and maintain workstation retrieval within our asset management system
- Decommission equipment from the network
- As a Hardware Technician, you will assist with on-boarding users with their new hardware
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to OS, hardware, network and more
- Warehouse responsibilities such as recording/tracking Hardware Room inventory, receiving shipments and restocking inventory
Requirements:
- Understanding of desktop imaging technologies for PC deployment
- PC hardware knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Flexible
- Able to maintain asset tracking or inventory management systems
- Able to package and ship equipment using UPS
- Able to lift at least 30lbs
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
