Position Overview:

We are seeking a Hardware Technician to join our team in North Dallas, Texas. The Hardware Technician will be responsible for assembling, configuring, and preparing computer hardware systems for deployment to employees nationwide. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Assembly and Configuration: Assemble and configure computer hardware components, ensuring systems meet specified requirements.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of hardware to ensure functionality and reliability prior to deployment.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, including tracking shipments and monitoring stock levels.
Shipping Coordination: Efficiently package and ship configured hardware systems to employees across the nation, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in hardware assembly, configuration, and deployment is advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer hardware components and system configurations.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.
