About the Job
Aloha! One of Hawaii's biggest telecom companies is look for a Hardware Service Center Assistant. The job duties/responsibilities would include:
Manage, track, and inventory all customer return and/or exchange of equipment at the retail Service Centers (aka. Depot locations.) Provide support material to customers, issue billing and technical support service resolution for customers using various transactional platforms and systems. Provides clerical and administrative support to HTTV Depot Operations. Prepares various reports and performs other related, marginal duties as required.
A. Accept and distribute equipment. Manage & tracks equipment inventory. Completes transactions as necessary. Reviews returns, exchanges, and inventory transaction reports and corrects discrepancies as required.
B. Prepares, packages, tests, and dispenses equipment as required. Ensures transactions are accurate and processed in a timely manner. Prepares and distributes reports.
C. Performs merchandising, housekeeping and stock duties related to products and displays.
D, Handles customer hardware inquiries and requests regarding product and services.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00
