About the Job
- Lead the project to refresh all hardware and software, ensuring continuous connectivity
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance vehicle systems
- Pilot and test in the field, identifying and resolving issues
- Coordinate rollouts by service center across the state of Florida
- Collaborate with Cyber and Radio teams to manage antenna installations and connectivity
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) on each vehicle to ensure compliance with project standards
- Manage the project from inception through post go-live support, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
- Organize and oversee the installation of new equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Address pockets of communication issues throughout the state, working towards a 100% reliable solution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex hardware infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of MG90s, Gtech, networking, Verizon communication technologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with infrastructure security and network connectivity
- Ability to travel statewide and work in the field as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with Cyber and Radio teams
- Ability to evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies
- Experience with installing equipment in service vehicles (ambulances, police cars, trucks, etc.)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
