$85,000-$105,000 Base, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(K) Match
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with software developers to guarantee hardware compatibility with intended applications
- Designing and developing various hardware components, including printed circuit boards (PCB), processors, memory modules, and network interfaces
- Producing and breaking down hardware technical documentation, such as schematics and design drawings
- Performing system data analysis to adjust hardware configurations as needed
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues, then recommending and implementing effective repairs or modifications
- Ensuring proper traceability and validation of hardware technical requirements
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of risk management documents, such as Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Skilled in utilizing design software, including AutoCAD and Altium
- Experienced in the integration of software, hardware, and systems
- Proficient in programming and coding with hardware description languages (HDL) like Verilog, VHDL, and System C, along with experience in verification and validation processes
- Expertise in embedded systems and PCB design is highly advantageous
