Hardware Engineer - Judge Group

Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Hardware Engineer.  This is a permanent, direct hire, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and manage electronic systems
• Generate hardware requirements and specifications
• Draft and evaluate test procedures, execute tests, and review results
• Identify and resolve circuit-level issues
• Develop and manage product documentation, including data sheets, user manuals, project logs, design, and test documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or a comparable blend of education and experience
• Experience in:
• Digital and analog circuit design and signal processing
• Working with analog and digital inputs and outputs
• Digital design utilizing MPSoCs and/or FPGAs/CPLDs, including Verilog / VHDL
• PCB layout and design
• Experience with design tools such as:
• OrCAD Schematic Capture/Pspice
• Intel Quartus Prime FPGA designer and ModelSim
• Matlab/Simulink
• Solidworks and AutoCAD
• C and C++
• Communication protocols for hardware (Ethernet, SFP, PRP/HSR, RS-232, RS-485)
