Hard Ticket Administrative Assistant - REPS & Co.

We are excited to add a Hard Ticket Administrative Assistant  - San Diegoposition to our team! Our team specializes in purchasing broker generated buy orders at box offices. This is a full-time (40 hours per week, 5 days a week flexible schedule, including weekends, 8 hours per day) position that ensures all box office purchase/sale orders are processed correctly and accurately.  Our main purpose is to make sure all box office tickets are quality checked and quickly broadcast for sale. The ideal Hard Ticket Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

• Learning a variety of complex, company specific, processes and software/systems to successfully perform position requirements.  
  

• Daily processing of all inbound/outbound hard tickets
  

• Organizing and securing hard ticket inventory
  

• Identify and correct any errors
  

• Track and report errors to management
  

• Scheduling travel plans and meetings
  

• Maintaining communications between teams
  

• Perform all other duties as required
