Your Role
As a Handyman III - (internally known as a Shell Prep Technician), you will take on a seasoned, leadership role in crafting our high-end, custom motorcoaches. Beginning with a shell, you’ll drive the creation of Star Coaches, helping us maintain a gold standard of quality and luxury across North America. With a strong understanding of woodworking, electrical work, plumbing, and finishing, you’ll bring resourcefulness and initiative to each task, finding effective ways to solve challenges and guiding the team toward achieving remarkable results. Working in our climate-controlled, high-end facility, you’ll be an informal leader, providing insight and mentorship to fellow technicians while advancing our legacy of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Independent Project Leadership: Complete complex tasks using resourceful and efficient methods, demonstrating considerable judgment and initiative in your work.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Analyze recurring issues, develop sound solutions based on experience, and implement strategies to prevent repetitive problems.

Minimum Requirements
- At least +6 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, repair, or installation.
- Proficiency in carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience as an informal team leader or mentor in a hands-on role.
- Prior experience working on luxury coach interiors or RVs is a strong plus.
