Four Seasons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Brooklyn, NY

Four Seasons Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a hard -working and dedicated Handyman.

FULL TIME/ DAY SHIFT

HOURS: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to the below):

• Knowledge of Painting / Patching skills, walls - ceiling
• Sheetrock repair / installation
• Carpentry experience

•  Flooring, tile & base repairs and installation

• Light Plumbing experience: replace faucet fixtures, unclogging sink, toilet drain lines etc.

•  Must be able to replace a light switch, light bulbs and outlets

• Assist with other trades as needed

All Maintenance staff will report to the Director of Environmental of Care (EOC).

RATE: $21.00/per hour

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate and understand simple directions in English.

Must be able to read MSDS & chemical labels.

Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years’ experience painting and building trades, Health Care environment preferred.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
