What You Will Do:

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides Interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of the clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include:

• 10-week experience in the Summer of 2025 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 2nd and run until Friday, August 8th)

• Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)

• Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point and Final Evaluations

• Networking & Social Activities and Events

• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern Event

• Intern Speaker Series

• Collaborative Group Projects

Guidehouse is looking for a Finance Intern to perform various tasks and support our CFO and Financial operations. Throughout the internship, you will have the chance to work with our internal teams on assigned projects, meet with upper management to reflect on your personal and professional development, and socialize with your fellow interns during outings/activities.

As a Guidehouse intern, you will gain skills and experience in:

• Understanding financial operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective

• Obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and its needs and translate business opportunities into key financial imperatives

What You Will Need:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years 

• Minimum Degree Status: Bachelor's degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduate by Summer 2026) 

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country

• No sponsorship is available for this position

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Degree/Majors Preferred: Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or another related discipline

• Experience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment

• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills

• Adept at Excel and leveraging advanced Excel formulas

• Heightened attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an interest in learning more about the field

• Ability to participate actively in discussions and meetings

• Ability to synthesize information quickly and learn new skills
