Seeking experience Front Desk receptionist able to deal with high traffic environment. Should be able to anwser phone, greet visitor, receive deliveries and monitor cameras. Must have an out going friendly personality.
Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following tasks and assignments.
- Answers incoming telephone calls. Takes messages or forward calls to voice mail system. Follow up with staff as appropriate
- Greets visitors and maintains the visitor's sign in log
- Orders supplies
- Distribution of mail
- Process facility billing statements
- Package & ship out brochures, materials & supplies when needed.
- Does assigned typing tasks as identified including: letters, reports, forms and other correspondence
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Customer service driven
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational/prioritization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
