• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a professional, friendly individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Join our client's dynamic engineering firm where you’ll be the welcoming face of the company, supporting both visitors and employees while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, customers, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct calls from the main phone line and manage front desk communications.
• Oversee the processing of incoming purchase orders and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain an organized and clean front desk, lobby, and shared office spaces.
• Manage office supplies, shipping/receiving needs, and building access processes.
• Support company meetings, events, and special projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

What Our Client is Looking For:

• A positive, self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can represent the organization professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to adapt to new technology.
• Previous experience in office administration, hospitality, or event planning.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite full-time.
