Guest Service Attendant
**The Guest Service Attendant position is Seasonal**
*Typically beginning mid-April through Mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as November.
The Guest Service Attendant assists with the daily operations of the gift shop, front gate, ticket booth, parties/rentals, and concessions as needed. They also maintain order and enforce rules at the venue entrance while admitting guests quickly and providing excellent customer service. Guest Service Attendants also help maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the park.
Minimum Qualifications
- 15 years of age (with a worker's permit) or older
- Familiarity with money handling, group rentals, recreation software, and customer service
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Individuals who are team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software programs
- Accurately count money and run reports
Preference
Familiarity with the supervision and operation of aquatic programs, registration, and POS software.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills
- Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift
- Ability to bend to the floor and reach overhead
- Ability to lift and carry 30-70 pounds regularly to chest height
- Ability to hear and see well

Pay Rate
This position is $15.00 per hour.
