Guest Service Attendant - City of Collinsville

The City of Collinsville is accepting applications for part-time Guest Service Attendants to work at our Aqua Park this summer!

The Guest Service Attendants assist with the daily operation of the gift shop, front gate, ticket booth, andparties/rentals. They also maintain order at the venue entrance while admitting guests.

Applicants should have six months of prior

paid experience in customer service or management.

We prefer committed individuals who are:

• Familiar with handling money and group rentals
• Able to use our recreation software
• Able to provide excellent customer service
• Are bilingual in Spanish
• Have a background in security, accounting, and clerical work
• CPR Certifiedor has the ability to achieve certification by their start date

You must have the ability to:

• Work staggered shift assignments as necessary including evenings; weekends and holidays
• Work in hot, cold, wet and/or other unpleasant outdoor conditions
• Work in a loud, fast-paced environment
