Cargomatic is seeking a talented and motivated GTM Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce and Front platforms. This role is critical in ensuring seamless processes, enhancing user adoption, and providing innovative solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills to drive efficiencies in a lean, clean, and scalable Salesforce Org.
Key Responsibilities:
- End User Training & Documentation:
- Deliver effective training sessions to end users to enhance adoption and understanding of Salesforce and Front processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support current and future processes.
- Solution Scoping & Development:
- Identify and build solutions based on evolving business requirements while maintaining a lean and scalable Salesforce Org.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Platform Expansion & Optimization:
- Enhance the functionality of the Front platform by gathering business requirements and implementing innovative solutions.
- Continuously evolve the ops ticketing platform to meet changing business needs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with business partners to enhance communication and facilitate project completion.
- Enable user understanding and adoption of Salesforce and Front processes through effective collaboration.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Assist end users by addressing bugs, gathering requirements, enhancing processes, and managing users.
- Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure operational efficiency.
- Agile Methodology Implementation:
- Apply agile practices to manage stakeholder requests effectively.
- Gather requirements, create tickets (stories), build, test, demo, and deploy changes in a structured and efficient manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Manage data uploads, exports, and cleansing processes.
- Build impactful reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau to provide actionable insights.
- Point & Click Automation:
- Leverage Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Approval Processes, Formulas, and Validation Rules, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Access Management:
- Maintain a limited profile user structure and enhance access via Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, and Custom Permissions.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Apply an understanding of the logistics industry, including freight terminology and sales processes, to optimize solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and Front platform management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, including Tableau.
- Expertise in Salesforce point-and-click automation tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry and freight sales processes.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users effectively.
