As the GTM People Team Program Manager for Palo Alto Networks, you will be a key member of our People Business Partner team, where you will partner closely with GTM People Business Partners (PBP) and CoE Leads. You will contribute at both strategic initiatives and hands-on levels, on programs, projects and strategies that align with our company’s strategic goals. This role is a senior individual contributor.

Your Impact
- Program Implementation and Execution
- Drive alignment, consolidate output, and provide insight into outcomes and actions for GTM People Team programs, collaborating closely with GTM PBPs, CoE leads (e.g. Talent Development, Analytics) and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to ad hoc initiatives as needed
- Demonstrate the ability to bring senior HR leaders together on key strategic initiatives and drive to common purpose
- Talent Management
- In tight alignment with PBPs and CoE leads, consolidate outcomes from talent assessments and succession planning initiatives. Identify trends and patterns and recommend actionable talent development approaches tailored to individual needs - Monitor and track progress and outcomes - Holding the team accountable
- In close partnership with PBPs and CoE leads continue to evolve and implement an effective performance elevation approach within GTM around behaviors, capabilities and outcomes
- Continue to innovate on strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce attrition - Coordinate with the People Analytic Partners, Talent Development Partners and GTM PBPs on listening strategies, collection and assessment of employee sentiment data in the GTM organization
- Learning and Development
- Partner closely with Talent Development Partners to align on objectives of key learning initiatives, including talent and leadership development and sales enablement - Partner with key stakeholders, including Business Operations, to identify relevant metrics to effectively measure desired business outcomes to identify additional opportunities to uplevel skillsets
- In collaboration with Talent Development, arrive at a scalable approach to develop and execute training and leadership development programs within GTM - Support employee skill development and career growth, and nurture and cultivate leadership skills within the organization
- People Analytics and Reporting
- Drive thought leadership on the data & insights that would support decision making and action across the BPB GTM teams - Work with the GTM analytics team to deliver
- In partnership with the GTM Analytics partner, regularly gather, analyze and provide reports on key people metrics - Identify trends, patterns and actionable insights
- Organizational Initiatives
- Drive GTM People team outcomes through strategic program and project management, with a strong emphasis on accountability for delivering results
- Partner with People Business Partners to successfully plan and execute against key initiatives

- Accountable - Comfortable with a high degree of accountability and holding others accountable even without formal authority and reporting lines
- People function knowledge - Understanding of the core domains of the people function

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $135,100/yr to $218,550/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
