Overview
Are you passionate about digital advertising and driving efficient customer acquisition across diverse online channels? We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital advertising endeavors with a focus on B2B Google search engine marketing (PPC). The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in managing performance-based campaigns, optimizing marketing spend, and maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, from planning to execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives such as customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI targets.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities across audience targeting, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, implementing proactive measures to enhance campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine ad variations, messaging, and targeting parameters for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Create digital marketing analytics dashboards to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across multiple channels.
Conduct in-depth analysis to derive insights and recommendations for enhancing digital marketing strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and optimization.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Execute and manage digital paid media plans for PPC and display on real-time bidding platforms.
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account budgets, impression share, quality score, and other important metrics associated with Google Ads and other search platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8 years' experience in B2B Google search, digital advertising, growth marketing, or related field, demonstrating a focus on driving measurable results and achieving ROI targets.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
Extensive proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Domo.
Experience in measuring and monitoring performance from brand search keywords campaigns vs non-brand search campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Availability to work during normal EST hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating targeted lists in Salesforce and leveraging 6sense.
