About the Job
Maven Nexus is seeking a visionary Growth Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in fueling revenue growth by designing and executing innovative lead-generation initiatives.
This role requires a marketing expert with a strong grasp of the financial services landscape, including FMOs (Financial Marketing Organizations), RIAs (Registered Investment Advisors), and/or Independent Financial Advisors.
The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment, is attuned to market dynamics, and excels at converting insights into impactful strategies.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity that is located on-site in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
- A Remote / Hybrid work schedule is not an option.
- Only considering candidates local to South Florida and those actively looking to relocate to South Florida.
What you will be doing:
- Craft targeted campaigns that engage financial advisors and their clients - particularly those approaching retirement or already enjoying it.
- Conduct thorough market research to refine buyer personas and anticipate emerging trends.
- Build and implement strategic frameworks for acquiring and nurturing high-quality leads.
- Stay ahead of industry developments and competitor movements to refine marketing initiatives.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital content, email outreach, webinars, social media, and industry events.
- Develop messaging and creative assets that resonate with financial advisors and their clients in pre-retirement and retirement stages.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reporting and actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead qualification and handoff.
- Establish shared performance metrics and goals to drive alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and social media management systems to scale marketing efforts effectively.
- Implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency.
What you should bring to the table:
- Proven success in creating and managing lead-generation strategies within the financial services sector (required
- In-depth understanding of marketing to FMOs, RIAs, and Independent Financial Advisors, with a focus on retirement planning.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial marketing, including SEC advertising guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as CRMs, email automation platforms, and analytics software.
- Demonstrated ability to craft campaigns that engage both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Expertise in developing marketing initiatives tailored to independent financial advisors and their clientele nearing retirement.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
