Sellers deploy a wide-range of strategies, both on and off-Amazon to grow their businesses. We want to understand and become experts in those strategies and accelerate the growth of all Sellers.
We value candidates that are independent operators, bring a wealth of experience to the table, and have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude that will be critical as we develop solutions.
Key job responsibilities
Seller Engagement:
* Engage with Sellers to develop and scale strategies that drive incremental growth and test these solutions before scaling to include all Sellers impacted.
* Interview/Engage with Selling Partners on a project by project basis to influence partner team product/program development.
* Partner with varying Selling Partner cohorts consistently to test the impact of various growth levers and provide guidance on specific actions they can take to grow their business.
* Growth Consultants will use Selling Partner feedback to identify and remove systemic blockers, drive incremental growth at scale, and influence product/program roadmaps.
Program Management:
* Engage with relevant internal/external teams (Product, Tech, Direct Sales, Category, FBA, AM teams, etc.) to gather data and inform next steps for project/program/product development.
* Write engaging, data-backed documents with relevant findings, anecdotes, suggestions, and next steps to present to leadership with a goal to implement solutions that drive Seller growth at scale.
* Collect, analyze, and leverage data to inform decision-making and support research findings within documentation.
Contribution to Development of Seller Growth Consulting Team:
*Improve team processes by contributing to knowledge databases (Wiki, Quip, etc.), discovering gaps in internal mechanisms/processes and implementing long term solutions.
* Lead cross-organizational learning by developing and presenting training content to present to internal stakeholders (Account Reps, CSMs, etc.) and externally (Sellers).
* Share trainings/learnings with greater team and other stakeholders where relevant.

Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years professional experience with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams (product, program, dev, etc.)
* Experience creating and implementing strategies and project goals
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with or as a 3P Seller
* E-Commerce experience
* Proven ability to influence others
* Experience Conducting User Research
* Business development or program management experience
* Written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills communicate clearly and concisely with Sellers and stakeholder teams;
* Experience dealing with ambiguity and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
* Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
* Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
