What You’ll Be Doing
·Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and refine benefit strategies.
·Attend educational courses to remain current on benefit trends and regulations.
·Create and present detailed reports and proposals on benefit program effectiveness.
·Manage RFP processes, enrollments, and client consultations to optimize benefit plans.
·Stay informed on regulatory changes and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
About You
·Be able to do the job as described.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe with the ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
·Demonstrated experience in building strong client relationships within the benefits field.
·Certification as a licensed health insurance producer is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification within a year.
·Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to adapt to varied situations.
