Your Role as a Group Director of Case Management:

• Strategic Execution: Lead and facilitate the performance of hospital Directors of Case Management in areas such as Level of Care, Length of Stay, and Payer Authorizations.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee group hospital case management and utilization review operations, ensuring cost-effective and clinically sound care delivery.
• Leadership Development: Participate in the selection and onboarding of new Directors of Case Management, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor and improve hospital utilization performance, ensuring timely and appropriate patient throughput and reimbursement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration for RNs, or Master's in Social Work for MSWs.
  • Five (5) years of acute hospital case management or healthcare leadership experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) license.
• Preferred:
  • Advanced degree in business, nursing, healthcare administration, health science, or a related discipline.
  • Multi-site hospital case management leadership experience, business planning, and project management experience.
  • Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification.
