We are LGBTQ+- founded, and for 30 years have strongly believed that diversity is one of the key drivers of great creative and one of the keys to our success.We’re looking to add to our team of experts, and can’t wait to meet you!PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Planning and developing programs and services that are consistent with the client’s mission, purpose and brand strategy Mobilizing new and untested approaches for engaging audiences online and offline that align with business goals and target consumer interests Leading annual account planning Accountability for fiscal management of client budgets and program delivery Leads development of action plans to address any constructive client feedback or concerns. Providing overall leadership for account teams in planning, recommending and implementing strategic plans and proactive communication initiatives Attending industry events and leading business development Driving account growth through active development and defense of strategic recommendations and budgets Identify organic growth opportunities through cross-functional client engagement Participate/lead in new business and RFP development process Serve as agency Pitch Champion Partnering in the development of highly impactful brand strategies with our Strategy and Creative teams KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelors in Comms, PR, Marketing, Advertising or English 8+ years of account management in a healthcare agency setting A deep and thorough understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry and FDA regulations Ability to guide client relationships and propose marketing and communications solutions Experience in managing multiple Clients or brands Salary range: $140,000-$160,000/year*Salary dependant upon experience & location imre is an equal employment opportunity employer.
